CANCELLATION POLICY
* Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to all of our terms and conditions, including those outlined in our waiver forms. We strongly encourage clients to review and sign these documents to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Booking & Payments > Card on File: A valid card on file is required for all clients when booking an appointment. No exceptions. > Deposits: A security deposit is required for every appointment. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation but will be applied toward your remaining balance. > Balance Due: Final payment is due at the completion of services. We accept invoice, cash, credit, Zelle, vemmo etc.]. > Cancellations & No-Shows: The full service amount will be charged for cancellations or no-shows. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Travel & Mobile Services > House Calls: Travel fees are based on your location. Fees may vary and will be charged once per stylist, regardless of the number of services booked. > Parking Fees: If valet, garage, or any other paid parking is required, clients are responsible for covering these costs per stylist. Fees will be added to the final bill. > After-Hours Services: Any mobile services requested outside of business hours are subject to a $50 per stylist fee. > Holidays, Sundays & Mondays: Services on these days may incur an additional charge. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Late Policy > 10 Minutes Late: A $50 late fee will be automatically applied. > 15 Minutes Late: Your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no-show. The full service amount will be charged, and you will need to reschedule. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Arrival & Client Responsibility > Arrival Time: Please expect your artist to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for setup. > Health Conditions: Inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking to ensure your safety and comfort. > Loss or Damage: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your appointment. > Children & Guests: For the safety and comfort of all clients, children and additional guests are not permitted unless they have an appointment. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Service Satisfaction & Refunds > Refunds: All services are non-refundable. > Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours. Adjustments may be offered at the artist’s discretion. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Media & Marketing Consent > By booking, you consent to photos or videos being taken of your hair/makeup services for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless you notify us otherwise in writing. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Team & Assistants > An additional artist or assistant may be provided depending on party size, timing, or at the artist’s discretion. ______________________________________________________________________________________ * Force Majeure (Emergencies) > We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in the case of emergencies, illness, inclement weather, or events beyond our control.
