CANCELLATION POLICY
TERMS & CONDITIONS When your appointment is being booked you automatically accepting all of our terms and conditions including the ones on the waivers forms. We suggest to read and sing then to avoid confusion or misunderstanding in the future. ** Is required to add a card on file for all clients. ( NO EXCEPTION) to book an appointment for all services. ** Is required a security deposit for all appointments.(THIS DEPOST IS NOT NONREFUNDABLE ) If you cancel at any time. And will towards you remain balance. ** You will be charged full amount appointment services if you cancel or if you are a no show. ** FOR HOUSE CALLS: a travel fee are based on your location, depending on location this may apply or not and price may vary. If you have more than one service is one time only charge the travel fee per stylist. **If we have to , valet parking, pay garage parking or any other pay parking be advice you be responsible for this fees per artist and will add to your final bill. *** FOR ANY MOBILE SERVICES OUT OF BUSINESS HOURS WILL BE A $50 FEE PER STYLIST. ** HOLIDAYS, SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS ARE SUBJECT TO EXTRA CHARGE ⚠️ Any client WITH NOT EXCEPTION , when booking an appointment for any services ONLINE , if your late 10 minutes from your appointment time you will be charge $50 late fees. ⚠️ If your are late 15 minutes after your appointment time you appointment will be cancel and you may reschedule. This will be take as a NO SHOW APPOINTMENT and you be charge the full amount of your appointment services. ARRIVAL TIME: will be arriving around 10 minutes prior your appointment time to have a set up time  HEALTH CONDITIONS: When you make your reservation, please make sure to inform us about any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your experience. We want to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for you! LOSS OR DAMAGE : We apologize, but we cannot assume responsibility for any loss or damage to personal items. RETAIL: To keep the experience going at home, you can find the products used in the treatments available for purchase right at the Salon.
